Flat rate packages mean that all regular disbursements, when signed in Calgary, including file administration fees, document fees, courier charges within Calgary, photocopy charges, land title fees, two hours of purchase / sale related issue resolution and two separate payouts, if required, are included. Out of town signings may be subject to an additional fee for a signing agent and delivery charges.
The following are examples of items not included: title Insurance, estoppel certificates, insurance certificates and Real Property Reports.
Please note: when signing, you must bring photo ID and ID with a signature, a certified cheque / bank draft (purchase), a void cheque (purchase/refinance), proof of insurance (purchase / refinance) and a Real Property Report with compliance (sale / refinance).
