Civil Litigation

Kahane Law has a general civil advocacy practice, offering particular experience in a wide variety of areas.  Some of those areas include personal litigation, including fatal accident litigation, insurance coverage opinions, corporate and commercial litigation, (ranging from breach of contract to corporate oppression to conversion of corporate opportunity and franchise disputes), employment litigation, for both employees and employers, and the negotiation, interpretation and litigation of commercial leases.  We also handle professional negligence litigation, and represent individuals in professional disciplinary proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution processes, including arbitration.
